A phobia is an overwhelming and debilitating fear of an object, place, situation, feeling or animal.
Phobias are more pronounced than fears. They develop when you have an exaggerated or unrealistic sense of danger about a situation or object and are common.
If you have a phobia and this is impacting on your life, disempowering you or stopping you from doing things – it is time to get rid of it.
The good news is a phobia is really easy to get rid of and I am 100% confident that I can free you of whatever you are frightened of.
How many sessions will you need?
That depends on you, everyone is unique.
From experience I have had excellent results from just one session, but some people need more as there may be other reasons they are holding onto that fear.
I will talk to you in-depth and create a cure for you that suits your personality
You can book a single session at £100 per hour or part thereof
“I recently went to see Jackie to see if she could help with my terrible fear of birds. I saw
Jackie a total of 3 times and on each occasion, I left feeling more able to cope with this fear.
On my first visit I was very nervous and not sure what to expect. Jackie explained the process
of NLP and how this could help me if I let it. I instantly felt more relaxed and ready to
conquer my phobia. After my first session I noticed a difference in how I reacted to being
near birds. I was surprised and extremely happy I could see a difference already.
On my second session I was hypnotised, again feeling slightly nervous yet intrigued at the
thought of being hypnotised as I had never done this before. After my second session with
Jackie I felt like a new person, more confident and ready to tackle this phobia head on and
have it gone for good. Again, I noticed another difference in how I was handling being
My final session I was again hypnotised, this time feeling more excited. After my third
session I felt no longer afraid of birds but more relaxed with the thought of being near them.
I have since been able to be near birds and it not be a traumatic experience. This is all down
to Jackie and NLP. I found the whole experience very rewarding and helpful. Thank you,
